Welcome Taylor to the COF Board!

We’re thrilled to welcome Taylor Hines Miranda to the Constructing Our Future Board of Directors!

Taylor is a Marine Corps veteran, nonprofit leader, and behavioral health professional with over a decade of experience serving individuals with intellectual, developmental, and behavioral disabilities. As the founder and executive director of Connie’s Clubhouse, she is passionate about fostering inclusion, life skills, and job readiness for underserved communities.

Her expertise in operations, compliance, and trauma-informed care will help COF continue building empowering pathways for youth and families across Indianapolis and beyond.
