Re-entry Survey of Formerly Incarcerated Women in Indiana

Your Voice Matters!

In partnership with Butler University’s service learning program, students in the “Abolition” course taught by Alex Roehrkrasse helped Constructing Our Future develop a statewide research survey focused on justice-impacted women in Indiana. The goal is to have at least 200 women complete the survey, providing critical insight into the challenges they face after incarceration.

This collaborative effort ensures that the voices of formerly incarcerated women guide our work and influence policy, services, and advocacy efforts. The project reflects COF’s commitment to research-driven solutions and centering those directly impacted by the justice system.
